By accessing or using the services provided by CCP Hygiene, you (the client) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CCP Hygiene (a trading name for Fishleg Ltd.). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

4.1 Hygiene Validation
CCP Hygiene utilizes proprietary hygiene technology to scan for bacteria, biofilm, and other microorganisms not visible to the naked eye. This technology allows us to scan and identify microorganisms not visible to the naked eye, assess hygiene standards accurately, and ensure that the risk of biofilm contamination is at a safe level.

Our comprehensive hygiene audits involve a detailed inspection and assessment of your facility’s hygiene practices and conditions. The audit process includes:

- Booking and Scheduling
5.1 Booking Process
Clients can book CCP Hygiene’s services through our website, via email, or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CCP Hygiene.
- Online Booking: Clients can use our online booking system at https://ccphygiene.com/ to select services, preferred dates, and times.
- Email Booking: Clients can send booking requests to hello@ccphygiene.com with details of the required services and preferred schedule.
- Phone Booking: Clients can call our customer service team at 03300438838 to discuss and arrange bookings.
5.2 Booking Confirmation
Once a booking request is received, CCP Hygiene will confirm the availability and email a booking confirmation. The confirmation will include the details of the services, scheduled dates and times, and any preparatory instructions.
5.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their bookings by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and changes made with less than 48 hours notice may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations: Clients may cancel their bookings by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to [percentage or flat fee] of the service cost.
- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the premises or perform the services due to the client’s failure to provide access, a no-show fee equivalent to 50% or a flat fee of the service cost will apply.
- Payment Terms
6.1 Fees
The fees for CCP Hygiene’s services are detailed on our website and in the booking confirmation. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.
- Service Fees: Fees vary based on the type and scope of services. Clients will be informed of the total cost before the service is confirmed.
- Additional Charges: Any additional charges for extra services or materials not included in the original booking will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.
6.2 Payment Methods
CCP Hygiene accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Payments can be made securely online using major credit and debit cards.
- Bank Transfers: Bank transfer details will be provided upon request for Clients who prefer this method.
- Invoices: We can issue invoices using the agreed payment terms for regular clients or corporate accounts.
6.3 Payment Schedule
- Advance Payments: Depending on the service, Clients may be required to make an advance payment or deposit at the time of booking. This will be specified in the booking confirmation.
- Payment Upon Completion: For one-time services, payment is due upon completion. Our team will provide a payment link or invoice immediately after the service is rendered.
- Recurring Payments: Invoices will be issued monthly for ongoing or regular services, and payment is due within three days of the invoice date.
6.4 Late Payments
- Interest: Late payments may incur interest at 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Suspension of Services: CCP Hygiene reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made by the agreed terms. Clients will be notified before any services are suspended.
6.5 Refunds
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of CCP Hygiene based on the specific circumstances. Any agreed refunds will be processed within Fourteen days of the agreement to refund.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effective delivery of services, clients must fulfil certain responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
7.1 Access to Facilities
- Timely Access: The Client must ensure that CCP Hygiene staff have access to the premises at the agreed-upon times. Any delays in access may affect the service schedule and incur additional charges.
- Security and Safety: The Client is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for CCP Hygiene staff. This includes ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place and adhered to.
7.2 Preparation for Services
- Pre-Service Preparation: The Client must ensure that areas to be serviced are prepared as specified in the booking confirmation. This may include clearing the area of obstructions and providing any necessary equipment or supplies.
- Communication of Special Requirements: The Client should inform CCP Hygiene of any special requirements or conditions that may affect the delivery of services (e.g., sensitive equipment, specific cleaning preferences).
7.3 Cooperation and Compliance
- Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises and any specific needs or concerns.
- Adherence to Recommendations: The Client should follow any hygiene recommendations provided by CCP Hygiene to maintain the standards achieved during the service.
7.4 Liability for Client-Provided Equipment
- Client Equipment: If the Client provides any equipment or supplies during the service, they must ensure that such items are safe and fit for purpose. CCP Hygiene is not liable for any damage or issues arising from using Client-provided equipment.
- Performance of Services
CCP Hygiene is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed industry standards. The following terms apply to the performance of our services:
8.1 Quality Assurance
- Service Standards: CCP Hygiene adheres to stringent quality standards to ensure that all services are performed with the utmost excellence.
- Proprietary Fluorescent Technology: We utilize proprietary hygiene technology to scan for bacteria, biofilm, and other microorganisms not visible to the naked eye, ensuring comprehensive hygiene validation.
8.2 Service Delivery
- Timeliness: Services will be performed at the scheduled times agreed upon with the client. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.
- Professional Conduct: Our staff will conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while on the client’s premises and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
8.3 Reporting and Documentation
- Hygiene Audit Reports: Following a hygiene audit, the client will receive a detailed report outlining findings, areas of concern, and recommendations for improvement. Reports are typically provided within three days of the audit.
- Service Records: For regular cleaning services, records of work performed will be maintained and made available to the client upon request.
8.4 Follow-Up and Support
- Follow-Up Reviews: CCP Hygiene will conduct follow-up reviews to ensure that any recommended improvements have been implemented and are effective. These reviews help maintain high hygiene standards over time.
- Client Support: Our team is available to provide ongoing support and address any questions or concerns the client may have regarding our services.
8.5 Limitations and Exclusions
- Service Limitations: While CCP Hygiene strives to deliver exceptional service, certain limitations apply. These may include, but are not limited to, the exclusion of services not explicitly agreed upon, access limitations due to Client restrictions, and uncontrollable external factors.
- Force Majeure: CCP Hygiene is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
- Liability and Indemnity
9.1 Limitation of Liability
- Service Quality: While CCP Hygiene is committed to providing high-quality services, we only guarantee that our services meet some of the client’s expectations. Our liability for any claims arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
- Indirect Damages: CCP Hygiene is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Property Damage: CCP Hygiene will take reasonable care to avoid property damage while performing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the client’s failure to provide a safe working environment.
9.2 Indemnification
- Client Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCP Hygiene, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the client’s use of our services, any breach of these Terms, or any negligence or willful misconduct by the client or its employees or agents.
- Third-Party Claims: The Client agrees to indemnify CCP Hygiene against any claims made by third parties arising from the services provided by CCP Hygiene, except where such claims result from CCP Hygiene’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Confidentiality
10.1 Confidential Information
- Definition: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Confidential Information” means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or by inspection of tangible objects, that is designated as “Confidential” or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
- Protection of Confidential Information: Each party agrees to protect the other party’s Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own Confidential Information but in no event less than reasonable care.
10.2 Non-Disclosure
- Use of Confidential Information: The receiving party agrees to use the disclosing party’s Confidential Information solely to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions and shall not disclose or use such information for any other purpose without the disclosing party’s prior written consent.
- Permitted Disclosures: Confidential Information may be disclosed to the receiving party’s employees, consultants, or agents who need to know such information to carry out the obligations under these Terms and Conditions and are bound by confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those contained herein.
10.3 Exceptions
- Exclusions: Confidential Information does not include information that:
- Is or becomes generally known to the public through no fault of the receiving party.
- It is in the receiving party’s possession at the time of disclosure without an obligation of confidentiality.
- Is independently developed by the receiving party without the use of or reference to the disclosing party’s Confidential Information.
- It must be disclosed by law, provided that the receiving party gives the disclosing party prompt written notice of such requirement before disclosure and assistance in obtaining an order protecting the information from public disclosure.
10.4 Duration
- Confidentiality Period: The confidentiality obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect for five (5) years from the date of disclosure of the Confidential Information or until such information no longer qualifies as Confidential Information under these Terms and Conditions, whichever occurs first.

- Refunds: Any advance payments or deposits will be refunded according to our refund policy, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
12.2 Termination by CCP Hygiene
- Cause for Termination: CCP Hygiene reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, engages in illegal activities, or fails to cooperate with reasonable service requirements.
- Notice of Termination: CCP Hygiene will provide written notice to the client detailing the reasons for termination and any actions required to rectify the situation if applicable.
12.3 Effects of Termination
- Service Cessation: Upon termination, all services will cease immediately. CCP Hygiene will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the termination of services.
- Outstanding Payments: The Client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any outstanding invoices must be settled within seven days of termination.
- Return of Property: Any property or materials belonging to CCP Hygiene must be returned promptly upon termination. The client is responsible for any loss or damage to CCP Hygiene’s property.
12.4 Survival of Terms
- Ongoing Obligations: The provisions of these Terms and Conditions that should survive termination, including, but not limited to, confidentiality, liability, and indemnity clauses, will remain in effect after the agreement terminates.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you, shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by CCP Hygiene shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Dispute Resolution
14.1 Initial Resolution
- Good Faith Efforts: In any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith by contacting each other directly.
14.2 Mediation
- Voluntary Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiations within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before resorting to litigation. Mediation will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) or another mutually agreed-upon mediation service.
- Costs: Each party will bear the costs associated with the mediation and share the mediator’s fees and any filing fees equally.
14.3 Arbitration (Optional)
- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within 60 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Arbitration will take place in London, England.
- Arbitrator’s Decision: The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
14.4 Litigation
- Court Jurisdiction: If mediation or arbitration is not pursued or fails to resolve the dispute, the parties may seek resolution through the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.
